1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
The Service provides tools for creating, organizing, and managing travel itineraries and related content. Some features may require a paid subscription.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Plans
We offer subscription plans (e.g., weekly, monthly, annual), which unlock premium features.

5.2 Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.3 Managing Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

5.4 Free Trials
If offered, free trials will automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends.

5.5 Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple. We do not handle refunds directly. Any refund request must be made through Apple.

6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations

• Infringes intellectual property rights

• Is harmful, abusive, or offensive

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service (excluding user content) are owned by us or our licensors.

9. Travel Disclaimer
The Service provides travel-related information for convenience only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or safety of any destinations, services, or recommendations.
You are responsible for verifying all travel details, including bookings, locations, and schedules.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rio Grande do Sul.

14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
